1. New Payroll Report
  2. WorldPac SpeedDial 2.0 Integration
  3. Option to Require Fields on RO
  4. Updated Customer Form

Details are Below:

New Payroll Report

The new Payroll Report makes it easy to review hours for hourly and flat rate technicians. This new feature enables shops to filter by shop, date range, employee name and ID, and pay type. Shops can also generate PDF and CSV payroll report exports for individual and multiple technicians.

Alongside the new Payroll Report, new Shop Settings in Staff allow shop management to define:

  • Whether flat rate technicians are paid when the work order is complete or when the service is complete
  • How overtime is measured—over 8 hours in a day and/or over 40 hours in a week

WorldPac SpeedDial 2.0 Integration

WorldPAC has released their new fully online version of their catalog. Shop Manager is now integrated with it. You will have the ability to order from any device and their new integration is web based so no need for a separate app!

  • speedDIAL Classic vs. speedDIAL 2.0 Credentials
    • If a WORLDPAC customer is using speedDIAL Classic, it does not mean they automatically have credentials for speedDIAL 2.0.
    • Customers will still need to request a User ID to access speedDIAL 2.0.

  • Requesting a User ID or Becoming a WORLDPAC Customer
    • speedDIAL 2.0 direct website: Login - speedDIAL 2.0
    • Below the login section on the speedDIAL 2.0 website, there are options for customers to:
        • Request a User ID.
        • Sign up to become a WORLDPAC customer.
      • Customers can also call their account manager or WORLDPAC Customer First at 800-888-9982 x5470 for assistance.
