Accounting Link Enhancements: Tire Part Type & Vehicle Details
When Invoices are synced through Accounting Link, if any parts are categorized with a Tire part type, this information will now be sent through for mapping within Accounting Link to apply to the corresponding GL code in your accounting system. Vehicle details such as License Plate, Make, Model, VIN, and Year will also now send through with invoices for reference.
*Please reach out to The Back Office (TBO), who supports Accounting Link, for Tire part type configuration. TBO can be reached through this portal link, or you may contact 866-964-9699 M-F 8a-5p CST
Updating Open Jobs Page with Filtering
**DELAYED until week of 6/17**
The Open Jobs page now has a new look & feel to provide the ability to filter on many columns using the filter icon.
For more information on viewing Open Jobs, click here.
Purchase Record Results Export Includes Fees
When exporting Purchase Records, Fees are now included in the export. The subtotal at the bottom will now also include fees.
Multi-Shop Category Report
We are continuing on our journey to add multi-shop capabilities to our real-time reports by adding this filter to the Category Report! Users will only have the ability to view the shops they have access to, and it will be defaulted to the logged in shop.
Remove Tax from Opportunity Calculation on RO Financials
After hearing customer feedback, we have removed tax from the opportunity calculation within the RO Financial modal for a correct view of your opportunity on a specific Repair Order.
Bug Fixes Since the Last Release:
- Fixed an issue where service totals were not updating without a page refresh when parts were being added
- Fixed an issue where part fees were appearing on subsequent orders and could not be deleted or disabled
- Fixed an issue where increasing part quantity on service was also increasing the inventory on-hand quantity for parts
