Summary
Some Windows based computers may experience concerns, such as a “The site can’t be reached” error, “Page not found” error, or site pages which partially load.

The site may load completely by simply doing a page refresh, but the issue becomes persistent and often. If your device is experiencing these symptoms, then it’s likely your PC using the IPv6 internet protocol.

Please Note: The error is not caused by Shop Manager or a “bug”, but rather a network configuration on the computing device being used to access Shop Manager. 


 

Resolution - Steps to Follow

To help resolve the “Site can’t be reached” errors, please disable IPv6 on your device.
