Once a customer has been assigned to an RO, there is no way to change it. The record can be deleted by an administrator, and a new RO created.
However, it is possible to change the vehicle on an RO, by clicking the vertical ellipses in the vehicle details box.
If the vehicle is not in the customer’s profile, you can add it by searching for license plate or VIN. If the vehicle is not found by searching, it can be added manually.
