Yes. Account ownership may need to be transferred, for example, when a new owner takes over the shop. The process is straightforward, provided the current account owner's email can receive a code to complete the transfer.
Please Note: When changing the account owner, kindly notify the success team to ensure they are informed of the update and can make the necessary adjustments to the point of contact on our side.
To begin the transfer process, the current account owner would sign in and navigate to their User Icon and select Account Settings. Under the 'Account Info' tab, you will see the current owner information and a blue button to 'Change Account Owner.'
After selecting to change the account owner, a Transfer Account Ownership modal will appear, providing instructions on how to complete the transfer successfully.
