1. Lock Sublet Cost After RO Closure
  2. Open and Closed Job Improvements

Details are Below:

Lock Sublet Cost After RO Closure

Sublet costs now cannot be edited after the RO is closed. No other financial information can be edited when the RO is closed, so we changed this to be consistent with the rest of the application.

Open and Closed Job Improvements

We have added some new features due to feedback we heard about the new Open and Closed Jobs page:

Search Open and Closed Jobs

In Open and Closed Jobs, you can now search for an RO#, Customer Name, or Vehicle in the open jobs page. This search will accept partial searches and combined searches.

Total and GP% on Open/Closed Jobs

We have added the Grand Total and GP% to the Open and Closed Jobs page. These are permissioned the same as the RO is so users with access will be able to see the columns.

Show/Hide Columns on Open and Closed Jobs

You can now choose which columns you’d like to see on the Open and Closed Jobs pages. The system will remember your choice for that device and continue to show it the next time you go to the page. You can have a different setup for your mobile phone as well. To get started, just click the “Show Columns” button and deselect any columns you don’t want to see.

Note: This is stored in your browser’s cache, so it will have to be set up again if you need to clear your cache.

**Coming Soon**

Updated Inventory Page

We have redesigned the inventory page to fix many known issues with the page. This also preps the page for adding merge inventory capabilities. This new page includes the following updates:

Updated Quick Filters

  1. We have updated the nomenclature to clarify what each filter does.
  2. Stocked Inventory – This will show everything that you have chosen to inventory. This is any part that has a min and max stock set on it.
  3. Stocked On Hand - This is any part that you have on the shelf that isn't stocked (no min or max set).
  4. On Hand - All parts that you have on the shelf
  5. Need to Order - All parts that you need to order for a Work Order, an estimate that is scheduled within 3 days, or for stock since you are below your min stock
  6. All Part History - All parts that you've ever ordered in the past.
  7. We added a new “On Hand” quick filter so you can see everything you have on your shelf.
  8. You will have the ability to choose which quick filter you want as your default when you go to the page.

Select All Across Pages

When you select all, the system will now select everything across all pages instead of just the first 30 results.

Filter Panel

We now show a filter panel on the right, which will allow you to make changes and see them real time without having the filters obstruct your view.

Show Columns

You now can choose what columns you want to see on the Inventory page.

KPIs

The “Net Value” button has been replaced with KPIs. These will be dynamic to the selections that you have on the page, allowing you to see your net value for any set of parts.

Returns to the Proper Vendor

In preparation for part merge, you will now be able to choose any of the vendors you have a PR for when going to return parts. You will only be able to return up to the total amount of parts that you ordered from that vendor.

Quantity Adjustment Report Moved to Exports (Multi-shop Support)

This export will now be located in reports under exports. You will be able to export it for multiple shops if you are a multi-location operator.

Entire Inventory Export

This export will now be located under bulk actions on the inventory page. It will export your selection now, instead of the entire inventory database. This will allow you to choose what you want to export.

Part Orders Updates

Phone orders will now allow you to choose the vendor in the case that you aren’t ordering it from the preferred vendor. New Order has been renamed to Stock Order for consistency with RO ordering. The eComm button now sends you out to shop for the part instead of auto-adding it to your cart to match the RO functionality.

Option to Require Fields on RO

Shops will be able to require certain fields to be filled out prior to Starting or Closing an RO. This feature will come with a redesigned Start and Close RO that will include the information that is required. This new feature will allow you to check that the contact information is correct with the customer while checking them in. Here are the fields you can choose to be required:
