Multiple Contacts for a Customer


There is now the ability to add additional contacts to a customer profile, allowing shops to send a text or email to multiple contacts. This feature will also help shops track the appropriate contact who approved estimates and recommendations. 


Example of sending out the DVX share link to multiple contacts via text message 



Customers can choose the proper person who is signing for the estimate and/or recommendations in DVX. 



Shops can also choose the proper person who is signing for the estimate and/or recommendations on the RO.  



The PDF/print view now shows who signed for the estimate in the Approval Summary.  






Open & Closed Jobs Update


The Open and Closed Jobs pages have been redesigned to improve the user’s experience. Both pages are now updated live (within 5 seconds) as changes happen within your shop. You can sort across all items and filter columns. Open Jobs now has the ability to be exported.





Improved Time Clock Functionality


We have made multiple improvements to the time clock functionality based on feedback we’ve received from many shops. 

 

Improvement 1: See active service and shift clocks on the User’s Profile and in the Payroll Report. 

 

Improvement 2: Service and Shift Clock pages now have validations to prevent: 

  1. Overlapping timeclocks 
  2. Choosing a future date for the clock out 


Improvement 3: Ability to delete a shift or service clock.
