Overview
There are times when you might want to see exactly what the customer sees when they receive their Repair Order (RO) link. To do this, simply copy the customer share link, open an Incognito* (or private) browser window, and paste the link into the address bar. This will provide you with an identical view of the RO link as the customer sees it, without having to close any current windows or log out.
This guide will walk you through the process, step by step, ensuring you can easily replicate the customer's experience.
*For details on what Private Browsing with Incognito means, see Google's article here.

To do this, open the RO, tap on the 'Share' button located in the bottom toolbar, and select 'Share with Customer.' From there, choose the option to copy the share link. This will allow you to easily proceed with the next steps to view the customer's experience.

A new private browsing window will appear, allowing you to paste the copied customer share link and view it as the customer would.

Now you will see the Repair Order as it appears to the customer. Please exercise caution while in this view, any changes to this page will be live.
You may also compare different transparency levels (under Account Settings, click here for more info), leave the Incognito Window open, and make changes to the settings. Then refresh the Incognito Window. It will immediately reflect the change.
