Yes, as part of our v11.03.0 release, coming out the week of Feb 26th.
Shop Manager by Identifix offers the ability to print lube stickers from within the Repair Order. Please refer to the article below for more information.

How to Set Up?

  • Within Shop Manager:
    • There are no advanced settings within Shop Manager to set up or adjust to be able to use the lube sticker feature.
    • The option to print a lube sticker will appear within the RO once the job is started. For more information, see “How Does it Work?” described in the next section of this article.

  • Within Your Printer Settings on Your Device:
    • First, ensure that you have set up your chosen printer using the printer manufacturer’s user manual. This will ensure that your printer can be seen and chosen during the print process.
    • It is recommended to set your chosen lube sticker printer as the ‘default’ printer within your device’s printer settings.
      • Device specifics on how to do this cannot be given, however if further assistance is needed, please contact us at support.
    • If you’re using a lube sticker printer that is wirelessly connected to your network (WiFi) then you should be able to access the printer on any device connected to the same network.
      • If your chosen printer requires a wired connection to a computer, then you would need to print all lube stickers from that computer.
    • The overall process of being able to print lube stickers is similar when needing to print an RO, you must ensure that the printer is able to be selected from the list of devices.

How Does it Work?

In order for the ‘Print Oil Sticker’ to appear within the RO:

  • The RO cannot be in Estimate status. It must be a Work Order or Invoice for the option to appear.
  • There must be an ‘Odometer In’ value entered for the vehicle.
    • You can help alleviate the worries of encountering this error by having the ‘Odometer In Requirement’ setting selected within your Shop Settings under your user icon.

Once the above requirements are satisfied, you may print the lube sticker by navigating to the RO and selecting the ellipses in the upper right of the RO in the overview section, as shown below.

After the ‘Print Oil Sticker’ option is selected, you will see a summary modal; showing how the sticker will appear. You may adjust the orientation, the mileage and due date sections, as shown in the image below.

Currently the default mileage and due date is set at 5000mi and 6 mo.

**Coming soon will be the ability to adjust the default values along with having a dropdown of pre-set intervals to choose from.

The information that appears on the sticker is taken directly from your Shop Info Settings. The info shown cannot be altered at this time, please contact support if you have any requests or feedback for this feature.
