Tax Removed from Closed Sales Totals
After much customer feedback, we have removed tax from the Closed Sales total in our Invoices report and export. The tax will still be visible and exported, and totals including tax on all exports will now be named “Total with Tax” to be clear.
Labor Matrix
The Shop Manager Labor Matrix is a feature a shop may utilize in order to better control maximum profitability on more labor intensive jobs.
The labor matrix will allow shops to automatically increase their labor rate in a stepped fashion as the labor hours increase.

On Hand Quick Filter for Parts
Added a feature to show parts that are on hand by default when adding parts to a service. This allows you to check your inventory before you order parts. Shop Manager will remember your last choice for the quick filter.
Tires Part Type added to Analytics Reporting
We have added reporting breakdown by Tires to Analytics on reporting showing Parts and Parts financial metrics, as well as adding filtering by part type to these reports.
Shop Supply Fee by Parts Exceptions
You can now exclude Tires from the automatic Shop Supply fee calculation when you choose to have Shop Supplies calculated as a percentage of your total parts cost.
Expand Note Text Area to 4 Lines
We have expanded the area of the note text to 4 lines after hearing feedback that the box is too small. Previously, it was only two lines. This only impacts edit mode in the notes panel.
Remove X from Inspection Finding Text Area and Set Focus by Default
We removed the X inside the inspection finding note as it is easy to accidentally press.
Bug Fixes Since the Last Release:
Fixed an issue where the Service and Billed hours were appearing incorrect in Analytics on the Technician Report Card reports

Lube Sticker Printer
This feature will include the following functionality:
- Support for all printers through your computer printer settings
- Automatic mileage and due date calculation
- Shop details added that are taken from your shop’s settings
- Default for the interval is 5000mi and 6 month interval
