There is a known conflict between Apple iOS and Google Chrome, which prevents eComm vendors from opening. To view the pages, Shop Manager recommends you use Safari on all Apple mobile devices. This is beyond Shop Manager's control.

If you attempt to open a PartsTech vendor using Chrome on an Apple mobile device, you will be greeted with a login screen. If you try the same with a Parts Authority vendor, there will just be a white page.

Using Safari, you should see a prompt asking you whether to allow a pop-up window. Click "Allow" to proceed. If you do not see this message, check the Safari settings.

Go to Settings ⟶ Safari and scroll down to the General section. Be sure the slider to block pop-ups is turned off.

Once that is set correctly, clicking the "Allow" button will open the eComm vendors normally.

Worldpac SpeedDial will only work on desktop devices

You can add Worldpac as a vendor on PartsTech. It will then behave like the description above. If you attempt to open SpeedDial on a mobile device, you will see errors similar to these:

~or~

Simply set up Worldpac as a vendor on PartsTech, and you'll be off and shopping in no time.
