The fastest way to do an inventory is to filter by location on the Inventory page and use your phone or tablet to make inventory adjustments right at the shelf as you inventory parts.
Shop Manager quickly facilitates "part by part" inventory quantity adjustments in the application and strives to completely eliminate the need for paper lists when performing inventory.
You can also export a list of inventory based on your current filters and selections, as long as you have the staff permission to access reporting. Simply select the appropriate parts and choose the Bulk Actions button and choose to "Export."
