Shop Manager enables you to search for parts linked to specific Canned Jobs, making it easy to manage and update them as needed. From there, you can quickly edit the Canned Job to replace a part, remove it, or add new parts. This article will guide you through the step-by-step process of editing parts within Canned Jobs.
Steps to Follow
To edit parts in Canned Jobs, you’ll first need the part number. If you don’t already have it, go to Parts > Inventory and locate the part you need. You can quickly copy the part number by clicking the clipboard icon next to it.
Once you have the part number, navigate to the Cannery and enter it into the search box. Any Canned Jobs containing that part will appear in the list.
From there, select the relevant Canned Job to open the editing page, where you can update, replace, or remove the part as needed.
