Configure RepairLink to Sync with Shop Manager
Shop Manager can launch parts queries and submit orders through five different integrators—WHI Nexpart, PartsTech, Parts Authority, WorldPac SpeedDIAL, MyPlaceForParts, and RepairLink. This article explains how to configure Shop Manager to launch RepairLink. See our article Using eCommerce for Estimates and Recommendations for more general information.
Step 1: Create a RepairLink Account
To integrate with RepairLink, you must first have an active account. If you already have a RepairLink account, proceed to Step 2. If not, please visit their website to create an account by clicking here.
Step 2: Enter RepairLink Credentials in Shop Manager
With your RepairLink username and password in hand, the next step is to enter them into Shop Manager. To do this, go to the Parts tab in the left-hand toolbar of Shop Manager and select 'Integrators.'
After selecting 'Connect,' you'll be prompted to sign in with your RepairLink username and password, authorizing Shop Manager to access your account. A list detailing what Shop Manager can and cannot do with your account will be displayed for your review.
Step 3: Create Orders
After the authorization is given for the Shop Manager and RepairLink connection, you're ready to make your first order! This integration will work like the other vendor integrations in Shop Manager, allowing you to select the RepairLink tab once you click the eComm button, see a preview of this below:
When launching RepairLink from an RO with a valid VIN, the vehicle information pulls over automatically into the RepairLink program. This then allows you to quickly search for parts for that specific vehicle and pull them back into Shop Manager by submitting a quote or order*.
*Please note that you must have a vehicle selected in RepairLink to be able to order parts.
