Data migrations are scheduled by your Success representative 5 business days in advance of the switch from your old Shop Management System, and completed within 1-3 business days. 

If your shop is coming from a local  or server-based system you will be contacted on the scheduled date to make a backup of your data from your old Shop Management System.

If your shop is coming from an online or cloud-based system you must request a complete database backup from your old Shop Management System to be returned on the scheduled date. 

Your shop’s involvement contributes to the success of this migration process!
