- Inventory Search: Search by brand, description, or part number
- Filter Inventory: Filter parts by part type, brand, location, status, stocked status, vendor, or AI Parts Matrix settings (if the AI Parts Matrix is included in your Shop Manager subscription)
- Show/Hide Columns: Customize your view by selecting which columns to show or hide.
- Part Selection: Select multiple or all parts to place in a batch to edit or order.
- Individual Actions: Clicking the three dots will allow you to perform actions for a single part. You can place a stock order, phone order, open the part in eComm, return the part (if there's quantity on hand), swap the part on Canned Jobs, or delete the part.
- Bulk Actions Menu: See how many parts are selected in your batch. Create a new phone order, eComm order, a part return, or perform a bulk edit. Bulk edits include quantity on hand, location, part type, pricing, and fees. Here is where you can also Export a .CSV file of your current part selection. Bulk edit includes editing location, part type, pricing, and fees.
- + New Part: Add a new part from eComm or add a new part from scratch.
Deleting Parts
To delete a part, select the three dots to the far right of the part and select the option to delete.
NOTE: Parts can only be deleted if they are associated with a canned job, purchase order, purchase record, current estimate, or work order. If you attempt to delete a part that is associated with any of the above, you will see the option to delete is greyed out.
Editing Part(s)
You can edit a part individually or in bulk. To edit a single part, click directly on the part line to open up it's setting, make the adjustments, then save & close.
To edit multiple parts, select the checkboxes to the far left of the appropriate parts and you'll see the Bulk Actions button light up. Under Bulk Actions, you can edit quantity on hand, location, part type, pricing, and fees. After selecting one of these options, follow the prompt on screen to make the edits.
