Yes, if the customer has authorized the work, the estimate will include all of the fees and taxes that have been written with the services. Only services that are not authorized will be excluded from the Grand Total.
Shop Manager does not host an "all in" total up front; the customer sees the individual service prices (not including tax and supplies).
