Creating a Simple Appointment on the Scheduler

  1. Go to Estimates branch
  2. View scheduler
  3. Click and drag to create an appointment
  4. Save appointment
  5. No need to link to a repair order, just to block off time (such as a break or lunch)
    NOTE: If you fill out the information in the RO field, the option to create a New Estimate will disappear since filling out that field means the appointment is tied to an existing RO.

Creating an Estimate from an Appointment

  1. Edit appointment block
  2. Click + Estimate
  3. Tech, due in time will be copied, and RO linked back to calendar

Linking an Existing Estimate or Work Order w/ an Appointment

  1. Create Appointment
    1. Search for RO#, customer name
    2. Connect with Repair Order
  2. Save Appointment - now linked

Creating an Appointment from an Estimate

  1. Start an Estimate
  2. Pick a Due In time
  3. Appointment will be created on the scheduler
    1. Automatically linked to Repair Order
    2. Tech column corresponds
    3. Default length is one hour
